ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once your order is placed, your time slot is reserved. Therefore, we do NOT offer refunds. However, depending on the circumstance, we may issue a store credit.
We require a minimum of 72-hour notice when ordering a large custom cookie order.
We are not responsible for any accidents or mishaps with orders once they leave our premises. If we’ve made an error with an order, please contact us immediately to discuss the problem and we will negotiate a satisfactory solution. We do not issue refunds, but we will replace the order. If you have made a custom order and wish to cancel, you must do so at least 4 days prior to the pick-up date and you will receive a credit in the amount of your deposit for a future order.
